When you enter a SGP event or programme, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by SGP. Images, photos and/or videos may also be used to promote similar SGP events and promotional activities in the future.

Palexpo Geneva is conveniently accessible by public transport and car. We suggest the following options to get to the venue:
Walk: Palexpo is a ten-minute walk from the airport and its railway station.
Car: Palexpo offers 1'500 parking spaces for visitors and exhibitors in the P12 car park.
From Palexpo Geneva to the Social Event:
You can easily walk from the congress venue to the Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Centre within 10 minutes. By car it will take you about 5 minutes.
Insurances
Congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
